  • Q: Does the glove actually keep you warm for a long time?
  • A:Yes! Our AuraTouch - smart glove feature a warm fleece and trippel thermal lining layer designed to keep your hands cozy in cold weather.

 

  • Q: Are they waterproof/windproof?
  • A: They are primarily windproof and water-resistant, made from a composite of windproof fabrics.

 

  • Q: Are they touch screen compatible?
  • A:Yes, the thumb, index, and often middle fingertips are made with conductive material, allowing you to use smartphones and other touch screen devices without removing the gloves.

 

  • Q: Do they offer good grip?
  • A: Yes, the palms often feature a non-slip, wear-resistant silicone padding to enhance grip for activities like cycling or driving.

 

  • Q: How do I adjust the fit?
  • A: The gloves typically feature a zipper on the back of the wrist that allows you to adjust the size for a snug and comfortable fit.

 

  • Q: How should I wash them?
    A: Product care instructions generally recommend hand washing only. Machine washing is not recommended as it can damage the materials and coatings. You should then air dry them, away from direct heat sources.

 

  • Q: What is your refund policy?
  • A: After you receive your gloves if there is a damage that is due to processing and handling on our part simply shipped the gloves back to us within 7 business days of receiving the gloves and we will refund you, it may take anywhere between 7-30 days for the money to get back into your bank account.

 

  • Q: How fast is shipping?
  • A: We take between 1 to 7 business days from the day you purchase your glove to process and shipped your glove. Please allow between 7 to 30 days to receive you glove due to shipping delays or other unforeseen occurrence that could happen with the shipper which is out of our control.

 

  • Q: When will I get my tracking number?
  • A: It can take 1-2 days for tracking number to appear in the shipping system, this means it might take more than 24-48 hours for you to get your tracking number. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact our support team.

 

  • Q: My order is delay what now?
  • A: As mentioned above our store typically ship after 1 to 7 business days and the total processing and delivery time would be 15-20 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks. If your order has not arrived after 15 business days (domestic) and 25 business days (international), please contact us for timely support.
