- Q: When will I get my tracking number?
- A: It can take 1-2 days for tracking number to appear in the shipping system, this means it might take more than 24-48 hours for you to get your tracking number. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact our support team.
- Q: My order is delay what now?
- A: As mentioned above our store typically ship after 1 to 7 business days and the total processing and delivery time would be 15-20 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks. If your order has not arrived after 15 business days (domestic) and 25 business days (international), please contact us for timely support.
